Tillandsia fasiculata 'Yellow Bract' (large form) is a tank type Tillandsia, (holds water in the leaf bases) that can grow to very large sizes for the family. This cultivar is an overall greenish-grey color know for its strikingly beautiful bright yellow bracts on the Inflorescence that can rise 18" or more from the center of the cup. The leaves can blush to a quite pronounced red when grown in strong filtered sunlight. This plant has a very wide range across Florida, the West Indies, Mexico, Central and South America. This cultivar can attain sizes of between 12" to 24" across based on how the plant is grown.
