A fabulous Aechmea Hybrid by Jeffery Kent of Vista, CA. This cross of orlandiana X (dichlamydea v. trinitensis x weilbachii) is extremely popular and subject to limited availability due to the nature of it's brilliant coloring and lavish spots. The basic coloring will tend to be a green leaf background when shade grown. Given more intense light, the coloring turns to an absolute vibrant burnt orange with deep chestnut spotting for contrast. This Hybrid can grow quite large reaching on average up to 24" tall.
Picture shown is of a mature plant representing what it can look like when grown in the proper conditions.
Buyer receives offset 1/3 to 2/3 size of mature plant.
All plants shipped bare root without soil unless otherwise noted.
