Introduced by Ray Coleman, this is a Hybrid of carcharodon 'Rubra' x carcharodon 'Tiger'. It enjoys strong but filtered light to insure its bright red color. Subtle dark banding from its 'Tiger' parent can be seen on both the upper and lower leaf surfaces. It has a very large growth habit averaging up to 24" across at maturity.
