Introduced by Ray Coleman and named to honor author Dr. Louis Wilson of Punta Gorda, Florida, 'Lou Wilson' is a cross of ((carolinae x concentrica) x 'Big Blue') X ('Big Blue' x concentrica). A large, wide leafed Variegated rosette w/leaves 4" wide at maturity. Apple-green leaf margins grow up to 3/4" wide and the cup flushes rose-pink at maturity. 'Lou Wilson' has lots of dark purple spotting and Concentric Banding and upturned leaf tips.
