This giant bi generic gets its large size and form from it's parent Androlepis skinneri, but its leaves are spineless resembling an Alcantara imperialis. The color is an unusual blending of grey/green from Aechmea fasciata with the red from Androlepis skinneri. It prefers filtered light with just enough sun to bring out the red hues. It makes a great landscape plant or can be grown in a large pot.
Picture shown is of a mature plant representing what it can look like when grown in the proper conditions.
Buyer receives offset 1/3 to 2/3 size of mature plant.
All plants shipped bare root without soil unless otherwise noted.
