Neoregelia 'Pepper'

Neoregelia 'Pepper' is a cross of a cv. of ampullacea 'Midget' X olens 'Marie' ('Vulcan').  A great little stoloniferous hybrid that is a basic olive green with red freckles. The green can turn a bright yellow when given intense filtered light. A very productive plant the will reproduce prolifically if given the proper conditions. Averages between 3" - 5" across at maturity.
