Neoregelia 'Flamethrower' is a cross of 'Gold Fever' x 'Tangerine'. Reminiscent of 'Lambert's Pride', this beauty has greatly improved upon the theme with it's very glossy leaf surfaces inherited from both parents but it is 'Tangerine' that provides the greatest influence. The pictures are enough to tell you that this Neo is something special. This specimen can become quite large attaining mature sizes of up to 22" across.
