Neoregelia 'Chip Tiger' is a premium Hybrid Exclusive toBromeliad Paradise. This 'Emily' X 'carcharodon Rainbow' cross has deep dark burgundy horizontal bands that are tightly packed on the leaf surfaces. The horizontal banding contrasts beautifully with the yellow-green background of the leaf when grown in intense filtered sunlight. The undersides of the leaf boast magnificent colors that give his Hybrid extra punch. Prefers intense filtered light to reach maximum coloration. It reaches on average from 14" - 18" across.
