Neoregelia 'Ink Well' (Variegated) is a cross of [(carolinae x concentrica) X (carolinae x concentrica)] X 'Big Blue'.This Hybrid was introduced by Chester Skotak and is one of the most popular Neo. Hybrids on our website. It has a marvelous form of densely packed Variegated leaves with deep purple splashes (ink) throughout. When in bloom it provides a deep purple center (ink well) that gives the plant it's name. This cross can reach very large proportions of up to 24" across.
