Aechmea 'Hot Shot' is a cross of 'Phat Pat' x manzanaresiana (orange).An albo marginated Hybrid with exceptional beauty and intense coloring. Leaves are a beautiful light green with a very pleasing creamy pink blush on the margination and dark reddish purple mottling scattered around the leaf surface. A most pleasing plant that is excellent in the landscape or as a focal point planted in a pot. Sends out a tall Inflorescence with bright gold-yellow flowers This Aechmea grows VERY LARGE and typically attains sizes of up to 36" tall and 36" wide.
