This Aechmea can be distinguished from the more common Species by it's beautiful variegation. It also can be distinguished by it's wide spectrum of colors from green to bright yellow to red. A very attractive Cultivar whether grown in pots or in the landscape. At maturity and with enough light, it will create the typical bulbous bottom and tightly packed top. Attains sizes of up to 36" high and 30" wide.
