We pride ourselves on only sending plants that we ourselves would want to receive. This means they will be of a good size, color, and healthy without leaf or stem damage. If you aren’t satisfied with the plants you receive, just send them back and we will either refund your order or offer an exchange.
30 Day Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, you must return your plant in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, contact our site for return authorization and proof of purchase, we will provide all of the information for shipping the plant(s) back to us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned that is outside the scope of this policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable working period.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We will replace any plants that are defective or damaged upon receiving them. We will do our best to replace them with the same plants, but because of limited supply, if we do not have the plant available we will replace it with one of the same or similar value. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
