Neoregelia 'Aztec' x carcharodon is a hybrid of great form and beauty. With broad leaves of red with yellow-green marbling, this cross is as impressive in a pot as it is in the tropical or sub-tropical landscape. It does best with early morning and late afternoon sun for most intense color, otherwise good filtered light will do just fine. This can grow quite large easily attaining sizes of 24" - 28" across at maturity. One of my favorite carcharodon crosses at the nursery.
